The first thing you have to do is to check if the drivers are installed properly. Without a proper driver installation, the software won't have the possibility to connect to PC. Go to Device manager (Start > Run > Devmgmt.msc) and make sure all the categories don't have any yellow items. If there is one, it means the microscope isn't properly installed (only for when it's connected). Right click the device, choose Upgrade Driver, and follow the instructions. Once the drivers are installed, open the software and test the connections.
